If you pay by credit or debit card, you may be required to show the card at the time of delivery or collection as proof of identification and so that we can check that the card corresponds with the receipt data for the Order.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
You acknowledge and agree that any personal data that you provide and/or we collect when you use this Website shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in accordance with relevant data protection laws which include, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/279.


Times for deliveries and collections provided by the Business are only estimates. The Business makes no guarantee that Orders will be delivered or will be available for collection within the estimated times.5. All products and offers are subject to availability. Alternative products or refunds may be offered where appropriate as per the Businesses discretion.


Any refunds due will be processed through the pub’s till during the same day or can be refunded via the Payment Gateway provider merchant portal. Refunded sums will be returned to the originating card within 72 hours, but may be dependent on your bank.


If alcoholic or age restricted products are purchased the purchaser and any intended consumer must be over 18 and able to provide valid ID upon request.

Please note during term time we are closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday at 14:00 PM.
Please note during winter time the outdoor farm closes at 16:00 PM.

OPERATIONAL POLICY

INDOOR SOFT PLAY

  • Whilst we have some places available for “walk in” customers, we would recommend you book online to avoid disappointment, especially, during our peak times, (weekends and school holidays)

  • TERM TIME OPENING - Monday, Thursday and Friday 09.30 - 17.30. Tuesday and Wednesday 09.30 - 14.00. Sessions are not timed and you may stay as long as you like.
  • WEEKENDS, BANK HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS – Timed sessions - 09.30 - 11.00 / 11.30 - 13.00 / 13.30 - 15.00 / 15.30 - 17.30. 
  • MEMBERS do not need to pre book and can simply turn up on the day.
  • DISABLED guests may book a regular ticket online and then they may have one free, adult, carer accompany them. For the carer please select the "free adult carer" ticket. Proof of disability will be required on arrival with your ticket, or entry may be refused.
  • CHILDMINDERS may book the children on as normal but may select a “Free Childminder” ticket for themselves. (A current Ofsted certificate and photo ID will be requested)
  • Our café facilities will be open throughout your visit. We ask that you do not bring your own food and drinks into the soft play for allergy reasons.
  • Socks must be worn by both adults and children when using the soft play. 
  • No refunds or transfers will be given on pre-booked tickets so please ensure you have selected the correct time and date. 
  • If you would like to visit both the soft play and the farm, please note that you MUST visit the indoor soft play first. Once you have been out to the farm you will not be allowed to return to the soft play for hygiene reasons.

OUTDOOR FARM

Sessions are not timed and you may stay as long as you like.

  • TERM TIME OPENING - Monday, Thursday and Friday 09.30 - 17.30. Tuesday and Wednesday 09.30 - 14.00. 
 WEEKENDS, BANK HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS – 09.30 – 17.30 Monday – Sunday
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE WINTER MONTHS THE FARM WILL CLOSE AT 4PM.  

Stay as long as you like - there is no time limit on our farm tickets. 
  • UPGRADE COST – customers that have use the soft play and farm on the same day will receive £1 off all farm tickets.
  • MEMBERS do not need to pre book and can simply turn up on the day.
  • DISABLED guests may book a regular ticket online and then they may have one free, adult, carer accompany them. For the carer please select the "free adult carer" ticket. Proof of disability will be required on arrival with your ticket, or entry may be refused.
  • CHILDMINDERS may book the children on as normal but may select a “Free Childminder” ticket for themselves. (A current Ofsted certificate and photo ID will be requested)
  • Our café facilities will be open throughout your visit. Picnics are welcome outside on the farm.
  • No refunds or transfers will be given for weather conditions so please be sure to dress appropriately. 
  • If you would like to visit both the soft play and the farm please note that you MUST visit the indoor soft play first. Once you have been out to the farm you will not be allowed to return to the soft play for hygiene reasons. 


COMBO TICKETS 

Upgrade your soft play tickets to visit the farm too and receive £1.00 off your farm entry tickets. (only available on the same day)


Please remember that the indoor soft play MUST be used before the farm, to enable us to keep our soft play as clean and hygienic as possible. Once you have been out to the farm, you will not be permitted to come back into the soft play, so please make sure you always book an earlier slot for the soft play then upgrade your ticket for the farm on arrival!
