OPERATIONAL POLICY
INDOOR SOFT PLAY
Whilst we have some places available for “walk in” customers, we would recommend you book online to avoid disappointment, especially, during our peak times, (weekends and school holidays)
- TERM TIME OPENING - Monday, Thursday and Friday 09.30 - 17.30. Tuesday and Wednesday 09.30 - 14.00. Sessions are not timed and you may stay as long as you like.
- WEEKENDS, BANK HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS – Timed sessions - 09.30 - 11.00 / 11.30 - 13.00 / 13.30 - 15.00 / 15.30 - 17.30.
- MEMBERS do not need to pre book and can simply turn up on the day.
- DISABLED guests may book a regular ticket online and then they may have one free, adult, carer accompany them. For the carer please select the "free adult carer" ticket. Proof of disability will be required on arrival with your ticket, or entry may be refused.
- CHILDMINDERS may book the children on as normal but may select a “Free Childminder” ticket for themselves. (A current Ofsted certificate and photo ID will be requested)
- Our café facilities will be open throughout your visit. We ask that you do not bring your own food and drinks into the soft play for allergy reasons.
- Socks must be worn by both adults and children when using the soft play.
- No refunds or transfers will be given on pre-booked tickets so please ensure you have selected the correct time and date.
- If you would like to visit both the soft play and the farm, please note that you MUST visit the indoor soft play first. Once you have been out to the farm you will not be allowed to return to the soft play for hygiene reasons.
OUTDOOR FARM
Sessions are not timed and you may stay as long as you like.
- TERM TIME OPENING - Monday, Thursday and Friday 09.30 - 17.30. Tuesday and Wednesday 09.30 - 14.00.
Stay as long as you like - there is no time limit on our farm tickets.
- UPGRADE COST – customers that have use the soft play and farm on the same day will receive £1 off all farm tickets.
